What we collect

Personal information

• Name, email address, and WhatsApp number
• Academic profile: qualifications, marks, institution, country of study, and gap details
• Family income band (band only — not precise figures)

Payment information

Razorpay payment reference ID and transaction status only. We never see, receive, or store card numbers, UPI IDs, or bank account details. All payment data is handled directly by Razorpay.

Device and usage data

Anonymised device and usage data collected via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, including session recordings used to improve the user experience.

How we use it

• Generate your personalised AI report via the Anthropic Claude API
• Deliver your completed report to your email address
• Contact you regarding your order status
• Send Italy study abroad updates and relevant information (you may opt out at any time)
• Improve our AI models using anonymised, aggregated data only — never identifiable individual data
• Detect and prevent fraud

AI processing

Your academic profile is submitted to the Anthropic Claude API to generate your report. Anthropic processes this data under their own privacy policy. Your data is not used to train Anthropic's foundation models.

The generated report and your submitted profile are stored securely by Admify for the duration of your data retention period.

Third parties

We work with the following third-party processors:

• Razorpay — payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant)
• Anthropic — AI report generation
• Google Analytics — usage analytics (anonymised)
• Microsoft Clarity — session recording (anonymised)
• Brevo — transactional email delivery
• Make.com — workflow automation
• Tally.so — form collection

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third party for marketing purposes.

Data retention

We retain your identifiable profile data for 24 months from the date of purchase. After 24 months, all identifiable profile data is deleted unless you have made a subsequent purchase, which resets the retention period.

Your rights

You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email hello@admify.ai with the subject line "Data Request". We will respond within 30 days.

Security

We apply industry-standard encryption and conduct periodic security reviews. No transmission of data over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, but we take all reasonable steps to protect your information.

Cookies

We use essential cookies required for the site to function, and analytics cookies via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though some functionality may be affected.

Children

Our services are intended for users aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered customers. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
